Carbon steel runs from mild 1018 for bending and crimping work through 1045, the most common shafting steel. Tool steel spans the A, D, H, M, O, S, and W series in DCF, ground, or rough turned finish.

Burnishing creates compressive residual stress on cylindrical and conical workpieces, which protects shaft fillets, hydraulic components, and sealing surfaces. Polishing is available across stainless, brass, copper, bronze, titanium, and aluminum with specific RA finishes. Packaging includes tube and collar wrapping, custom wood boxes, and paper wrap in bundles.
